Google Chrome Stable este singurul produs Chrome care a ramas la versiunea 5 dar actualizarile acesteia afecteaza majoritatea utilizatorilor care folosesc browser-ul. Actualizarea aparuta astazi aduce Chrome la versiunea 5.0.375.127 pentru sistemele de operare Linux, Windows si Mac.
Aceasta remediaza cateva vulnerabilitati cu un mare grad de risc:
- Critical Memory corruption with file dialog.
- High Memory corruption with SVGs.
- High Bad cast with text editing.
- High Possible address bar spoofing with history bug.
- High Memory corruption in MIME type handling.
- Critical Crash on shutdown due to notifications bug.
- Medium Stop omnibox autosuggest if the user might be about to type a password.
- High Memory corruption with Ruby support.
- High Memory corruption with Geolocation support.
Utilizatorii Chrome sunt rugati sa isi actualizeze browser-ul imediat pentru a se proteja de posibilele exploatari ale vulnerabilitatilor gasite.
Update-ul poate fi gasit pe site-ul oficial Google.

Cand o sa bage astia de la Chrome, master password, atunci o sa folosesc si eu browserul lor. Nu inteleg de ce nu vor sa implementeze acest “mic detaliu”.Oare e chiar asa greu de facut?
